| Animators perceive and apply acting theory in a different way than do stage actors. Ed Hooks, author of "Acting for Animators", has pioneered acting workshops that are specifically designed for the needs of the animator. Workshops are available on a one-day or two-day format. Each consists of lecture, simple improvisations and deconstruction of clips from films. Hooks will not try to make stage actors out of your animators. He will teach them acting theory in a fun, painless and useful way. |
