Established in 1994, Brown Bag Films is an Academy Award® nominated animation and post-production studio in Dublin, Ireland. We produce 2D, 3D and stop motion/claymation animation as well as motion graphics for local and international markets. Our other work includes TV series and on-line editing and compositing for animation and motion graphics.
We are a young, dedicated and creative animation studio with a specialty in character design. We have vast experience in TV commercials, TV series and films. Brown Bag Films were nominated for an Oscar in 2002 for their animated short film "Give Up Yer Aul Sins".
Brown Bag also recently won two awards for our Jacob's Fig Rolls commercials at the Shark Awards, an international advertising festival: Shark Award (Bronze) – International Television - Confectionery and Shark Award (Bronze) – Irish Television - Campaign/Series. The 'Fig Rolls' commercials also received an 'Honorable Mention' at the 2004 AniComm Awards for their favorite animated commercials of the year. | |
